New rules in the eRath Inaugural tournament on Sunday:  Modification of any stock reflex .wav file, or the use of built-in game timers, is not recommended but may be used until these following matches:  Upper bracket semifinals, upper bracket finals, lower bracket semifinals, lower bracket finals, and grand finals.  For these specified matches, players must be able to verify stock .wav settings, and must ensure that their built-in game timers are disabled, by un-clicking "visible" in their in-game-timers widget.  Also, these specified matches must be personally streamed by the players in those matches on their own twitch channels, whether they claim that it lags them or not, so that any player in #reflex or #eRath can connect to verify their gaming integrity.  Also, these specified matches must be played on the official eRath servers where only three players are authorized in the server:  the opponents and Mr. Flair from FlairTV.  These rules ensure that players don't have global map awareness via unauthorized sounds, global map-awareness-providing timers, or advantages due to spectators giving away positions.  These rules will ensure that #eRath is the first and only tournament to have some anti-cheat protection in the reflex game.

-No Cheating.  Any cheaters will be suspended from watching the first 4 games of the NFL season.

-Players will check in (on Challonge bracket) from 12:00pm (noon) to 1:00pm eastern time on Sunday, August 9th.  Also at noon, sign-ups will close, tournament check-in begins, and seedings and brackets will be created based on results in previous Reflex tournaments.Play will last into the evening until the tournament is on the finals, in which the finals will be played either on Sunday evening or Monday night.

-Players will idle in #eRath on irc.quakenet.org for the tournament.

Servers: Players will select the most fair server with *lowest and most-equal* pings. If the matchup is an overseas (US vs EU) matchup, then servers will be selected in this manner: 1.) players will test servers along the east coast United States (due to US routing being far worse than EU routing), if the players agree to the fairness of the server, then they will play there 2.) If the players disagree, then players may choose to play on alternating servers (new york / london) where the player that did not select the map will get to play on the fairest server selection in his/her server region. For example: higher seed drops the last map, lower seed picks first map to be played (out of the remaining three) but that map will be played on higher seeds server region, and then vice versa). This may not be agreeable if the ping difference between players on an EU server is 100, but the ping difference on the US server is only 50. 3.) If/when a player agrees to play the match a certain way or on a certain server, or alternating etc, and then the players begin playing, then the agreed server(s) selection is final and may not be modified (no excuses), 4.) Failure of players to agree on servers implies that the tournament administrator will decide which server that match will be played on.

Map Selections Order (for bracket games - best of 3 - first to win 2 maps wins):
1. Higher seed drops 4 Maps from pool (higher seed is not allowed to defer)
2. Lower seed drops 4 Maps from pool
3. Higher seed drops 1 Map from pool
4. Lower seed selects first map to be played
5. Higher seed selects second map to be played
6. If a tie breaker is necessary, then the last remaining map will be played

Map Selections Order (for Grand Finals - best of 5 - first to win 3 maps wins):
1. Higher seed drops 3 Maps from pool (higher seed is not allowed to defer)

4. Lower seed selects first map to be played
5. Higher seed selects second map to be played
